All donations and subscriptions to \[RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan are **final** and **non-refundable** for the current and following month. Contributions of any kind are not eligible for refunds or exchanges once processed for the current period. 2. Donations and subscriptions are essential for Server maintenance and operation, renting server infrastructure and purchasing additional services and expanding and enhancing community features and services. 3. Once a payment is made, it will be allocated immediately to cover the above-mentioned operational costs, and as such, it cannot be refunded. ### 1.7 | Exceptions to Non-Refundable Status 1. If a donation or subscription is made **multiple months in advance**, refunds may be issued for any months beyond the current and next month. For example, if a donation is made in January for three months, refunds may be requested for months beyond February. 2. To qualify for this exception, requests must be made at least **30 days in advance** of the month for which the refund is requested. ### 1.8 | Benefit Eligibility 1. Donors and subscribers who meet the **minimum donation or subscription requirement** are eligible for VIP benefits. This minimum will vary and will be communicated through the appropriate \[RS] channels. 2. Benefits are provided as an acknowledgement of support and may include: In-game items or privileges, special server roles or permissions, and access to exclusive community events or features. 3. VIP benefits are not guaranteed and may vary depending on server availability and other factors. They are considered perks, not purchases. ### 1.9 | Benefit Duration 1. VIP benefits are active for the **current donation/subscription cycle** and expire at the end of the month unless renewed. 2. Contributions that do not meet the minimum requirement will not qualify for VIP benefits, though the donation is still appreciated and goes towards maintaining the community. ### 1.10 | Unused Products 1. Refunds for virtual products (in-game items, privileges, or server-related services) will only be granted if the product has **not been used**. 2. Usage is determined based on **server records** and logs. If the product appears in the user’s inventory or has been interacted with in any way, it will be considered **used**, making it ineligible for a refund. ### 1.11 | Defective Products 1. If a product is found to be defective or not functioning as intended, a refund or replacement may be issued after a review by \[RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan staff. 2. Refunds for defective products are at the discretion of the \[RS] staff, and decisions will be based on server records and reported issues. ### 1.12 | Refunds for Service Operations and Services 1. All sales are final and non-refundable. Once a payment or donation is completed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, regardless of the circumstances. We do not offer refunds on any products or services once purchased. If you fail to cancel your subscription, if you intend to cancel it before the recurring payment, you will not receive a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. 2. Donations and subscriptions directly fund the ongoing operation of \[RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan servers and services, including Rental and maintenance fees, security services, administrative tools, game servers and upgrades. 3. Refunds will **not** be issued for donations or subscriptions used for these purposes as they are essential to the functioning of the community. ### 1.13 | Legal and Financial Disputes 1. If a user is **unhappy** with their refund status and initiates a legal or financial dispute by marking a donation, subscription, or product purchase as **fraudulent** (or uses similar terms associated with fraud) through PayPal or any other payment provider, they will face immediate and **permanent consequences** which is not limited, but can include: 2. **Permanently Banned**: The user will be permanently banned from all \[RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan services, including but not limited to: Game servers, Discord servers, and other affiliated community channels or platforms. 3. Fraudulent disputes hurt the financial standing and reputation of the community. Such actions will result in immediate termination of any access to \[RS] services without the possibility of appeal or reinstatement. ### 1.14 | Dispute Resolution 1. In the event of a disagreement about a donation, subscription, or product purchase, \[RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan staff will review the issue on a case-by-case basis. The final decision regarding refunds and membership will rest with the staff. 2.
